02Use of this website
Content on this website is provided for general information about our company and products. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but product images, packaging and specifications are illustrative and may change without notice.
03Quotations & samples
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and depend on raw material availability at the time of order.
- Samples are supplied for evaluation and approval before production.
- Minimum order quantities depend on the product and packaging format and are confirmed in each quotation.
04Products & natural variation
Spices, herbs and salts are natural agricultural products. Small variations in colour, aroma, grain size and essential oil content can occur between harvests and batches. These variations are not defects as long as the product meets the agreed specification.
05Food safety & traceability
Products are processed and packed in our BRC, IFS and Halal certified facility in Ankara. Every batch is traceable, and product specifications and analysis documents are available on request.
06Private label & confidentiality
- Client recipes, artwork and product plans are treated as confidential. We are happy to sign an NDA on request.
- The client is responsible for the accuracy of its own artwork and brand content and for having the rights to use it. We support with labelling requirements on request.
- Artwork and production details are approved in writing before production begins.
07Orders & payment
Prices, currency, payment terms and delivery terms are confirmed in each quotation or supply agreement. Ownership of goods passes to the buyer once payment has been received in full.
08Intellectual property
The Herb & More name, logo, packaging designs, photography and website content belong to Herb & More and may not be used without written permission.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a supply agreement states otherwise.
